Telephone inquiries for rates and reservation availability are received anytime. Please inquire about vaccination requirements at this time. Always call for space availability as changes occur to our reservation list on a daily basis.
Office hours for delivering or picking up your pets are in the evening between 6 pm and 8 pm daily, including Saturdays and Sundays. Arrangements are made for pets to arrive any evening during these 2 hours and also to be picked up during the same time frame. When pets are left between 6 pm and 8 pm you are not charged for the first evening, charges begin the next day through and including the day they get picked up. Pick up is also any evening between 6 pm and 8 pm. The entrance gates are open only when reservations are expected for drop-off and pick-up.

This allows our clients to drop their pet off the evening before and be able to get away on their trip without having to coordinate their leaving with a trip to the kennel. This also allows us to follow the daily routine for the pets in our care without interruption. In our years of experience we have learned that the stability of a daily routine and the interacting of the pets with known conditions is most comforting to the pets in our care. For this reason we do not allow tours of the boarding facility. We have found that once the new client has experienced one daily cycle, the pet becomes familiar with our family members and the routine and that allows for a relaxed, secure and healthy environment. Our objective is to have your pet feel he is returning to his familiar vacation home each time he visits.
Rates:
Please call (301) 663-0135 for our current rates. We have two rates for the dogs; one for the small to medium size dogs and the other for the large dogs. The designations for the two rates are not a bright line rule such as weight because the different breeds may require specific boarding requirements. We are going to house your pet where he will be most comfortable. Our rates include a standard dry dog food.
Feel free to bring your own food or any special diet your pet may require. There is no extra charge for serving your own or special food. There is no extra charge for administering medications furnished by you. Please feel free to bring your pet's favorite blanket or toys, however, we do supply bedding for each pet if needed.
